Thomas B. Reynolds, P.C. operates by Engagement Letter. After an initial meeting or teleconference with a prospective client, an Engagement Letter detailing the legal work to be done and its cost is sent. If the proposal is accepted, the prospective client signs the Engagement Letter and returns it to the firm, thereby beginning the legal representation. Only after execution of an Engagement Letter does a prospective client become a client.

Invoices for legal fees and expenses issue according to the Engagement Letter, usually upon completion and presentation of drafts of documents. Invoices are due upon receipt.

If a prospective client does not become a client after an initial meeting or teleconference, there is no charge.

Clients of the firm do not receive unexpected or surprising legal bills.
