The practice of Thomas B. Reynolds, P.C. is limited to estate planning and taxation, estate and trust administration, probate, asset protection planning and fiduciary litigation regarding trusts and estates. The firm advises individuals, families, and companies, typically in the southeastern United States and primarily in Georgia – through the firm does have clients in other parts of the country and overseas. Varieties of wills and trusts improve and often negate estate tax exposure for clients of all levels of net worth.

A typical client has assets of $3,000,000 to $15,000,000, though the firm has clients with fewer assets. The firm’s largest client has more than $900,000,000.

Mr. Reynolds frequently consults with other lawyers and CPAs on estate planning for their clients, either hired by the other professional or entering a joint representation of that professional’s client. Fee sharing with other lawyers is pursuant to Rule 1.5 e of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.

Thomas B. Reynolds

Mr. Reynolds has practiced law since 1993. He attended Hampden-Sydney College, graduating with a degree in Economics in 1989. Thereafter, he matriculated at the University of Georgia School of Law and received his law degree in 1992. He earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in Taxation at the College of William and Mary in 1993.

Mr. Reynolds is admitted to practice law in Georgia and before the Internal Revenue Service.
